kisaki (blue archive)
A character from Blue Archive. The president of the Xuanlong Office and the student council president of the Shanhaijing Secondary School. Her full name is Ryuuge Kisaki.
She has a dragon-shaped halo, long black hair and grey eyes. Her regular hairstyle consists of double buns with a braided base that turn into twintails held with butterfly hair ornaments. Her outfit consists of a short black sleeveless china dress with a back cutout, a side slit a pelvic curtain and a dragon print, a grey vertical-striped coat with pinstripe pattern, black half gloves and black pumps.
She's often drawn with her arms up, performing the "Banzai stretch", which originated from episode 3 of the in-game event Catch in Neverland.
Her weapon is based on the CS/LS06 submachine gun.
