For example, wearing a shirt or other top without any pants, underwear, or other bottom clothing.

When considering if a character qualifies the post for this tag, follow the rules below.

Do not use when the character is fully nude.
Do not use when you can't see the character's upper body. You should be able to tell the character is wearing a top.
Do not use when the character is wearing panties or underwear. Use no pants instead.
Do not use when the character is wearing a skirt or dress without underwear. Use no panties or no male underwear instead.
Do not use when the character is pulling their panties or underwear down or aside.
Do not use for monster girls or monster boys who don't normally wear clothing from the waist up. Use nude instead.
Do not use bare legs with this tag.
Wearing maebari, thighhighs, socks, or shoes still counts as bottomless.
If you can't tell that the character isn't wearing underwear, use no pants instead.
