An electricity-wielding middle schooler from ToAru Majutsu no Index, nicknamed "Biri Biri" (electrokinesis), among other things.

She is capable of firing a railgun using a coin and turning it into a weapon, capable of destroying objects.

Protagonist of the spinoff manga ToAru Kagaku no Railgun.

• Physical traits: brown eyes, brown hair, medium hair, small breasts. Age: 14 y.o., height: 161 cm, weight: 45 kg.

In Blue Archive, her halo features a lightning bolt symbol. And she has a modified fn f2000 named "Gunvolt" (itself a reference to "Azure Striker Gunvolt", hence the name)

• Misaka Imouto: Looks about the same but usually has a night vision device. Also, while Mikoto has shorts on under her skirt, this one only has striped panties.
• Dolly: Looks about the same but usually has long hair.
• Last Order: Much younger looking than the other two and the only one with an ahoge.
• Misaka Worst: Looks slightly aged up and wears a light grey bodysuit (in a WWIII arc) or a white Vietnamese dress (in a New Testament).
• Misaka Misuzu: Mikoto's mother. Looks very young for her age (just slightly older than Misaka Worst) and has large breasts.
